Data controller

Sevilla.ai. Contact for any question related to your personal data: tony317.ac@gmail.com.

What data do we collect?

Through the business registration form (/en/registra-tu-negocio) we collect: first and last name, phone number, email, and the business details you choose to share (name, category, area, address, description, opening hours and photos, if you attach any).

Through the chat we don't collect identifying personal data unless you voluntarily write it in a message; conversations are stored anonymously, associated with a technical session identifier so the conversation context can be kept.

What do we use your data for?

To publish a public article about your business on Sevilla.ai (name, category, area, address, description, opening hours, photos and links you provide) and, if you expressly authorize it, to contact you by phone or email about the publication of your listing. We do not use your contact data (phone/email) for commercial purposes nor share it with third parties.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent, given via the checkbox on the business registration form before submitting your data.

Who do we share your data with?

With the technology providers strictly necessary to operate the service (database hosting and publication-flow automation). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

How long do we keep your data?

Public article data (business name, category, description, photos, etc.) is kept while the business remains published in the directory. Personal contact data (name, phone, email) is kept while a relationship with the business exists and, in any case, for a maximum of 24 months since the last contact, unless you request its deletion earlier.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to tony317.ac@gmail.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations.
